: how do you debug in 15 minutes?

I got a connection refused message when I tried to connect.  Of course with a 15 refund it is impossible to follow the debug suggestions.  How are users supposed to install and then debug things in less than 15 minutes?  I felt like I was in some kind of race so i just uninstalled.

Hi,

unfortunately I can't do anything about the 15 minute period. Google set this limit. But I will always guarantee to give a refund in a reasonable ammount of time. Just use it for a few days and if you don't like you will get your money back.
