just looking for a simple yes no answer to a post that has been sitting there for three weeks.

I have posted here and I got a response within 24 hours from the developer.

The post you are referring to does not have a simple yes or no answer.

It can take weeks and months to re-write software for a new operating system, Epson took 6 months after the Windows 7 release date to re-write drivers for my Scanner.

I'm sorry for the late replies. I was on vacation. The Windows 8 update is coming very soon. Thanks for patience.  ;)
