Android Support / Cannot connect to MCC with new Android.
« on: January 05, 2012, 06:26:32 »
Hi Guys,
First off I have been using this product with my Winmo phone for several months now and it has worked flawless....I have since upgraded to a Epic 4g Touch and Downloaded the Android App, I also downloaded the latest server for the PC end of it....When I am connected to my Wifi network and I let MCC "Auto Detect" it finds the server and I can connect and use the App just fine, but when I am trying to connect using my DynDNS account, it will not connect, it just sits at the "Connecting to" screen and the circle just spins away until I cancel or it times out! Everything is set up exactly the same as it was with my WinMo setup, I have checked to make sure the port is open on both my router and in Windows firewall, and I have other programs that use the same DynDns account and they all work fine so I don't believe it is an issue with my setup, but maybe I am missing something!
Any help with this would be much apreciated, Thanks,
Mike

Hello,
I just recently purchased this for WinMo and now I have upgraded to an Android phone, Do I need to buy this again or is there a way to just download the Android version to replace the WinMo?

Thanks,
Mike

Android Support / Changing from Win-Mobile to Android?
« on: December 23, 2011, 09:35:24 »
Hi All,
I purchased this program back in March 2011 and when I bought it I was using a WinMo Phone...I love the program and use it all the time...I just ordered a Samsung Galaxy SII and I am happy to see that I will still be able to use this great program...the question I have is do I have to purchase it again or is there a place I can just download the Android Version from? Also do I need to configure the PC end of it differently for use with the droid?

Mcc is only supporting Dvb Radio in the moment. Fm radio will come with one of the next versions. Which radio do you like to use in Mcc?

Hi lopez1
I attached the two files you asked for....As for the radio issue I am sure it is the "FM" Issue, because the only radio my media center has in it is the FM radio tuner built into my Haupauge TV card...so if this program does not yet support FM, that is why I can not see any Radio Channels in it!
Thanks for the reply, and let me know what you come up with on for the TV Channels Issue I am having!
Thanks Again,
0Grav

Windows Mobile Support / "Channels" in "TV" section not working?
« on: March 04, 2011, 21:20:33 »
Hi All,
Just curious if there is a known bug with the "Channels" option under "TV"? I am using Win7 Media Center with a Haupauge Win TV card, and all the other sections (Now, Prime Time...etc) all work fine, but when I click the "Channels" Link I get the spinning red yellow green blue dots and then it just takes me back to the TV list screen.

I also just noticed that the radio section does not see any of my stations...just says "Empty List"

Thanks

NEVER MIND!!! My Mistake! I left out something in my DynDNS address it is actually "h***-m***.dyndns-ip.com" instead of "h***-m***.dyndns.com

Windows Mobile Support / Problem Using DynDNS to connect to MCC
« on: March 04, 2011, 20:52:53 »
Hi All,
First off, thanks for the great program! However, I am having problems getting my DynDNS account to work....MCC works great if I use my "Real" Internet IP address, but when I try to use my DynDNS it just gets stuck on the "Resolving Computer address" screen? My DynDNS looks like "h***-m***.dyndns.com" am I supposed to put "www." or "http://" in front of this when I enter it in the Host/IP screen? I know my DynDNS account is working in my router because I use it for other programs and it works fine, so I am sure I am just not setting it up right in MCC....Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
