Android Unterstützung / Installation Win xp Fehler

Ich möchte MCC auf meinem Rechner installieren, aber leider bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung. MCC Installer.exe Net Framework initialization error,
Unable to finde a version of the runtime to run this Application. Ich habe Win xp Pro und SP3 installiert, Netframwork 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 SP1, und 4 installiert.
Ich weis leider nicht was ich noch machen kann.
Kann mir da jemand helfen bitte ?

PS: Ich hab einen Core 2 Duo E8400 3 Ghz Prozessor und 3 GB Ram.
