This is an short article how to enable the debugging in MCC Server.
Please enable the debugging by following these steps:
- Please download the attachment and extract it to any directory you like.
- Run "enable_MCC_verbose_debug.reg"
- Restart the MCC server. If you start MCC server you will get a popup window in behind the WMC window which informs you about the enabled debugging. You have to click ok first and then switch back to WMC.
- Try to reproduce the problem[/li]
- Grab the file "%localappdata%\MCC_Server\mcc_server_debug.txt"
- Grab the file "%localappdata%\MCC Addin\mcc_addin_debug.txt"
- Afterwards don't forget to run "disable_MCC_verbose_debug.reg" to disable the debugging again.
