Connection problem each time

Hi, I am using Galaxy Note 3 and Windows 7 pc. If any additional info is required to diagnose problem, just let me know.

My problem is that each time I want to use the app it fails to connect to the pc automatically. I have worked through everything on the Connection problems sticky.

What I have found is that if I go into settings and delete my computer, that then forces the app to search for a new PC and then it connects straight away, but I have to repeat this process every time. So I'm thinking there must be something simple that's preventing the automatic connection?
