Error recorded broadcasts in Czech
MCC is perfect software, i have found a long time similar tools. Control and menu work ok, but i can't get the recorded broadcasts with special czech characters (for example ě,š,č,ř,ž,ý,á). This is big problem for using this program in czech republic. Can You help me. Thank you.

Hi, all other things are working correctly? You only get a problem if you try to play your recorded broadcasts?

Yes, all other things are working correctly. I can't SET Scheduled records with Czech special characters. Czech characters does not work properly. Play Recorded Brodcast is without problems.

I think, You can receive only one Czech channel via DVB-S - channel Ocko - Astra3B 23,5° E (Polarization:V, 12168 MHz (12.168 GHz))FEC: 3/4
SID: 5201
V PID: 160
A PID: 80
PCR PID: 160

Other Czech channel (CT1,CT2, Prima family, Nova, ....) you can receive only with card CzechLink, SkyLink, UPC.

RE: Error recorded broadcasts in Czech
Hi jlatal, I'm currently changing and testing the recording engine. Yesterday I changed the xml handling for the routine and I think it has better support for special characters now. But the big problem is that the Windows Media Center Record API is a mess. Since Windows 7 it has some bugs and sometimes it don't save a schedule for some channels or it always creates series schedules for a one time record. I try to fix this, but it's a lot of work and testing.

Today evening I can send you a first test version maybe.

RE: Error recorded broadcasts in Czech
Hi again. I finally made a new recording engine, which will handle any special character and is very solid. All the recording schedule problems MCC had before are gone now. Smile

But now I have to rewrite and prove the client code. I think a will rewrite the whole thing and clean it up. This will fix some other TV issues in MCC also. I can't say when it will be done. Please be patient. If it's done I will release a new version of MCC.
