Hello.
Thanks to the developers of Media Center Control for Android. It works really well on my Desire. But there is only one problem.
I have the MediaCenterControl Server installed on my Windows 7 64Bit Professional Device which is running Windows Media Center. I have configured the music library to look for music in the folder E:\music . This works fine of course. In Media Center and Windows Media Player all the artists are found and displayed. Even the list "music files" (don`t know whether this is the right translation because I`m using a german version of Windows) works. After that I installed the Media Center Control Server and didn´t install the MC-Plugin.
So now I connect from my phone to the computer (Both, internet and wifi works) and all the data is shown. TV works, Music genres and Albums work, means every Album out of my library is shown. So now the problem. In the list 'artists' there are only a few (about 25) artists shown on my Desire. In the media center they are shown correctly, also in the windows media player.
Does anybody know this issue and is able to help me.
Because of that I`m also not able to search for artist names on the desire and that`s a key feuture for me.
It seems the connection between server and client is working.
By the way, I`m using a german version of Media Center Control on my phone. If there is an english version which fixes the problem I would be happy to use this.
I`m looking forward to get some hints...
